Date:  Saturday, December 1^st.

Held At:  Overtime Lounge  (upstairs in the Ron Ebbesen Arena) – 200 East Lake Crescent NE, Airdrie.

Time:  Cocktails start by 6pm  – Dinner at 7pm  – Turkey Buffet

(Cost will be approx. $30 per person plus you are responsible for your own beverages)

• If you have any flying pictures you would like to share – pls. bring them on a USB stick

• If you need accommodations – Hotels in the immediate area include the Ramada and the Super 8.

• Details of the gift exchange will be sent when we have worked them out.
